Do not install solar panel components in cool areas such as trees or buildings. Do not place near open flames or flammable materials. The assembly structure should be able to adapt to the environmental requirements. Please choose the right material and anti-corrosion treatment. Components must be installed in a rugged and reliable manner, and components may fall from height, which can result in financial loss. The components are not disassembled, bent or impacted by hard objects to avoid dangerous operations such as stepping on components.
Spring washers and flat washers must be used to lower the panel assembly to be fixedly locked to the bracket. The installation of the solar panels is preferably about 30 degrees from the sun, and the panel assembly is routed in an appropriate manner depending on the site environment and the state of the assembled stent structure.
The panel assembly should be properly connected to the positive and negative terminals in the junction box. The output circuit should be properly connected to the device. Do not short the positive and negative terminals to ensure there is no gap between the connector and the insulated connector. If there is a gap, sparks or electricity are generated.
Be sure to check if the lifting structure is off. If necessary, tighten the parts and check the link status of each part, wire, bobbin and plug.
Always check the surface of the component with a soft cloth. If you replace the panel assembly (usually do not need to be replaced for 25 years), you should select the same type of component of the same model. Do not touch the cable connector with your hand. If you need to use safety equipment (such as insulated gloves).
When repairing components, cover the surface of the component with opaque objects or materials, as the components can generate high voltage under strong light, which is dangerous. The warranty period of the components is 3 years, the power attenuation of the components is no more than 10% within 10 years, and no more than 20% within 20 years.
